At Craft House Heritage, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement & Refund

• Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process either a replacement or a refund as per your request.
• The refund amount will be issued after we receive and verify the returned product.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
